Cyto Studio is a Napari-based viewer for exploring large 2D and 3D multiplexed image datasets. It was developed to make image browsing more accessible by providing an interactive interface for selecting datasets, loading image channels, and inspecting images without requiring users to write custom visualisation code. The software runs on the same system where the imaging data is stored and can be accessed through a virtual desktop environment, thereby reducing data-transfer overhead and optimising image loading times.
